Can one consider the consumption / production of products intended to act on the psyche that would be considered cosmetic?
Yes, such as antidepressants for depression or Ritalin to treat hyperactivity in children.

Are pharmaceutical products designed to induce emotions?
They are generally not designed specifically to "induce" specific emotions, but consumption of some products can sometimes cause it. There are some products that may cause panic states, for example.

Is one using human substances in the production of pharmaceuticals?

Sometimes.
